If you would like to keep using your Business SSD Hosting but your account occupies more than 20 GB of disk space, there are two options:
- you can remove unnecessary files to meet quotas of Business SSD plan.
- you can consider an upgrade to Business Double (40 GB of disk space, the monthly price is $39.96) or Triple plan (60 GB of disk space, the monthly price is $59.95).
If you have more than 60 GB occupied and you would like to continue using SSD, you should consider an upgrade to a Dedicated Server with SSD. Dedicated servers page can be found here.
If you would like to proceed with the upgrade, please submit a ticket to our Billing department with your Ekhteear username, Support PIN and the main domain of your hosting account.
The resource consumption will be checked by our technicians and you will be provided with the further instructions.
