How do I renew an SSL certificate with your cPanel plugin?

Expiring certificates within the cPanel plugin will be shown with a status Due

These certificates cannot be renewed using the plugin itself. When you click Renew, you will be forwarded to your Ekhteear account. You will then need to purchase a renewal certificate for the required number of years and return to the plugin (there is no automatic redirect set).
You may need to use the Sync with Ekhteear option for the certificate to appear in the plugin SSL list.

Certificate renewal will be shown under the 'My Ekhteear SSL' tab. You will need to use Install option to activate and install renewal.
Refer to the installation section for more instructions on installation.

If the certificate you are renewing was initially installed directly using cPanel/WHM (and not the plugin), you can still install renewal for it using our plugin. Installation should be performed the same way.
